Just replaced VC and timing cover seal. Have problems now

Just finished replacing driver side VC gasket and timing cover seal. Put it all back together and it will not idel. It sounds as though it is missiing untill I get rpms up over 1K. Anyone have any ideas as to what I need to look into. Also yellow car light is on
