Why did BMW choose to offer run-flats? The discomfort of a noisy, bumpy ride and pot hole shock is painful relative to a rare flat. Was there a govt regulation? Trunk space? I wouldn't mind it so much if there was a space in the trunk for a compact spare. Then I could CHOOSE my poison.
